We are delighted to announce a new addition to the team. Ian Kortlang – ‘Kort’ – has joined Hunter&Co as Special Counsel.

An internationally recognised government and politics specialist, ‘Kort’ brings a rich and relevant experience. He has held the positions of Executive Chairman (Australia) Africa Practice; CEO (Australia) Burson Marsteller; and CEO and Founder of Global Development Services, a Zambia-based development consultancy operating across Sub-Saharan Africa.

Kort has also served in the Australian diplomatic corps in Sri Lanka, Tanzania, Zambia and the OECD in Paris, and was the inaugural President of the Australia-Africa Business Council.

We welcome Kort to the Hunter&Co team, which is strengthened by this appointment, as it prepares to meet growing demand to access avenues of engagement with the African Continent.
