Oscar Leandro has been appointed Principal, the Americas. He will focus on finance and off-take arrangements of green energy transition supply chains. Oscar is an accomplished investment professional with a robust track record in alternative investments and energy development. He brings a wealth of expertise in frontier market investments, corporate finance, and technology-driven ventures. Oscar holds a Master of Business Administration and a Master of Arts in International Studies from The Wharton School and the Lauder Institute at the University of Pennsylvania. His Master's thesis focussed on the social and environmental impacts of electric vehicle supply chains. 

Daly Tribunali has been appointed Principal, Democratic Republic of Congo. Daly will be responsible for business development and external engagement in the DRC. Daly is a multilingual, well-networked professional with a deep intercultural understanding. With a Bachelor’s Degree in Security Science, International Relations and National Security Studies from Edith Cowan University, Daly brings critical insights from a range of relevant perspectives to his focus on the DRC, a country which must look to achieve a just and secure green energy transition.
